Sertapedic Ultra Loft Standard/Queen Bed Pillow, Extra Firm Support

I had been waking up with neck pain with the pillow I've had for years, and realized that it was time for a new one. I have a long neck that requires full support when I sleep, especially after a whiplash injury years ago. I'm a side sleeper, and this pillow is perfect for me. I'm sleeping better now and no more morning neck pain!

Love, love, love the firmness ! Bought for myself, but dog loves it more and I had to buy one for him too ! Gotta love that little pillow thief ! Of course, I then had to buy new pillowcases for this also, so be sure to get correct size. I'm an employee who enjoys shopping on line more than in store

I nave finally found an extra firm pillow that is as described: extra firm! I am a side-sleeper and have always had a terrible time finding extra firm pillows. I usually ended up using 2 pillows or a thick piece of foam with a pillow on top to keep my head aligned properly. I actually purchased 2 of these pillows assuming I would need both but that has not been the case - I am only using one and have not had to sleep with my hand under the pillow so no more waking up with fingers that have fallen asleep. I am also impressed with the great price, also. So - I am quite happy with this pillow.

There is nothing firm about this pillow. It goes flat as a pancake as soon as you sleep on it. Buy another pillow.

Is the firm support in the room with us? This is one of the softer pillows I've purchased. It's comfortable if you're not looking for firm support.

I expected this pillow to be "extra firm" so it could support my neck as a side sleeper. This pillow went flat just by placing my hand lightly and barely pushing. I did not take it out of it's wrapping and I didn't even try it for sleeping. softeness was good but no support at all!

this pillow does Not have extra loft and it is soft and flat Not extra firm Not firm at all very disappointed in this new pillow. the old version is so much better

NOT FIRM! You get what you pay for. I put this pillow between my hands and squished it and there was only about 2 inches between my hands and not I'm not that strong, I'm a female in my 60's.

I tried for 2 nights. Absolutely horrible pillow. nothing about it is "Extra Firm" It doesn't hold shape when you lay your head down, it just puffs up on the sides of your head. I have a long neck plus some disk issues, so I need good support for my C spine. I've been purchasing Mainstays Side sleepers pillows for a few yrs. I like them a lot, but thought I'd try this Serta Pillow. Back to that brand.
