SERWALL 2PCS Outdoor HDPE Patio Couch Sets with Cushions, Weather-Resistant Patio Furniture for Poolside, Patio, Balcony, Porch & Backyard, Black / Khaki

patio set beautiful, HEAVY (that's what I was looking for), black.... great set, purchased on clearance, so the price could not be beat. hopefully stands up to many years at the lake- seems like it will. also loved the sturdy construction and weight bearing of this set; purchased for our lake place that we like to entertain at and like to have quality seating.

Other than having to Put together these chairs, I really love the color and the cushions are great too. These are big, comfy chairs but low profile for older folks or minimal mobility issues.

Bought this for my front porch! They are heavy and bought them on sale! They are equally good as the brand Polywood Adirondack chairs. My husband and I were very pleased with them!

First of all the delivery was horrible. Came three different days, three different packages and was a different date than what they had originally told me. Secondly, there are some scratches on it, and it was actually quite difficult to assemble. Other than that, for the price, probably worth it..

Assembly instructions are horrible. Unable to contact anyone at Customer Support. I won't buy any other Servall products!

The cushions you see in the pic is not what you get, especially the sitting ones are thin - barely 2 inch thick and the shape is not what you see on the photo. Assembly instructions are made for someone who can do the job without needing any. The time given to assemble is 25 min. - good luck with that, especially if you rely on the tools included only. Overall, the product looks and smells cheap. Tried to contact CC using the email given, no response at all. From now on, no more shady market place for me. Shop locally where you can see and try before you buy.

This arrived with a huge gouge on top of the table, which the company did replace. It is missing some large screws that were supposed to be installed at the factory, the company keeps telling me they will send them to me but keeps coming up with excuses why they haven't send them yet. The chairs are totally unusable till those screws are installed. I've looked at hardware stores and can't find an alternative screw. I've asked the company for an exchange and they keep avoiding the request.

Good morning, My husband started putting our furniture together and all the cushions are the wrong color. They are supposed to be dark gray and they are no where near the color.. I would like the correct color sent to me please. Thank you, Shelia

Impossible to put together so definitely need to hire someone to build. Very low to the ground. Not what I was looking for.

Order was suppose to ship for next day delivery. That didn't happen. Then, I unboxed the items to find that the coffee table is missing and never shipped. Contacting the seller is at least a 48 hour process while they already have my money.
