Very nice product. Sturdy construction with a nice solid feel and weight. We are extremely happy with the over all look and feel of the chairs. The appearance is is very nice and we have 8 chairs and 2 tables on our patio. The packaging of the chairs is very well done but be aware that the boxes are quite heavy so be prepared for that. I would strongly recommend using a cordless drill/driver for all of the hardware and not attempting to assemble them with the enclosed small Allen wrench.

The chairs are very solid but two in a box for delivery were very heavy to handle. The assembly did not go well on the first chair. There were two bundles of 4 legs and I figured there was one bundle of 4 legs per chair. When I put together the first chair I got to a point where it obviously wasn't correct and I had to disassemble and start over. That's when I noticed the second bundle of 4 legs were the back legs with the needed holes to support the seat part. Some advice. Get a drill with an Allen bit that matches the wrench included in the set. It will cut the assembly time in half. And instead of using the thin wrench included for the few screws that have bolts grab a pair of pliers to hold the bolt in place while you use the drill to tighten the screw. The thin wrench supplied was very difficult to grab the bolt while trying to tighten with the Allen wrench included.

These chairs are a FRACTION of the cost of Polywood and JUST AS GOOD! Super easy to assemble unlike the ones from Sam's Club, which almost broke up my family. Really good product - these things are not moving during a SWFL hurricane. Defintely recommend!

Thrilled with HPDE tables and 8 chairs. Extremely sturdy. Dark gray color goes perfectly with the rest of my patio furniture. Awesome price as well. My only negative…paid $80 for assembly through Angie. Appointment was canceled 4 times ( each time an hour before I expected someone to arrive). I realized quickly no contractor is going to assemble this large set for $ 80. I finally found an outside contractor to assemble, which took 5 hours! Working on getting the $ 80 refund at this point.

The set is solid, beautifully designed and attractive. My only complaint would be the “tools” that came with it for assembly. Once I abandoned them and used my own, things went more smoothly. I was able to assemble all pieces by myself. The first chair took nearly two hours. The fourth about 45 minutes. The table assembly is straightforward and clever. I do recommend.

it has been 8 days since we reported the problem and till now there is no response from the seller or walmart customer service! We opened 2 boxes of chairs and tables. 1 table has issues where screws are popping out from the front side legs, looks odd. And 1 chair has a broken seat (out of 8 chairs we received) We reported issues with chair seat quality SLATS are bending when we sit IF WE DO NOT GET IMMEDIATE RESPONSE, WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO RETURN ALL ITEMS We spent a lit of time assembling it and this is no fun yo experience no customer service!!

The table and chairs itself are great. But the company shorted me a whole box of chairs, leaving me with only 4 chairs bot 8. I have made several phone calls and emails back and forth about the missing chairs only to be ghosted by the company and told sorry they seen sending any more chairs. Wish I could post a great review but at this point I'm very disappointed.

Our patio set arrived with scratches on the table top. It was terrible trying to get any help through customer service and also Walmart. Cute set but not with scratches on the table top.

I have two tables and four chairs and it shows that my order has been delivered. I got two tables one day so I put them together because we were expecting company. I got two chairs the next day so we put them together. Our company is here and we have two big tables that only four chairs for us to sit. Contacted Walmart, who said they would talk to the company and I have yet to hear from anyone. I'm so disappointed. I read the reviews about people not receiving their product and took the chance of it not happening to me. We also have missing parts in the second table and parts were mislabeled.

The slats on the chair seat are softer plastic and bend when anyone sits on them. They do not 'bounce ' back into place. I expect the chairs will be garbage by the end of the summer. Do not waste your money or time.
