Nice furniture has missing parts and to get the missing parts they put you through a very difficult process that takes numerous hours of phone calls and emails!!! Not a pleasant experience for something so simple IT puts a bad taste in your mouth and makes you wonder if it's worth the trouble !!! God knows when I will get the missing parts !!!!!

Good quality and fairly easy to assemble. Only issue was the back rest on the chairs. The top bolt holes didn't line up, making it necessary to run a drill thru the hole. Another small issue is the table extension lock do not work very easily. All in all though, a decent value!

Missing parts. Serwall kept promising the replacement parts were on the way, but nothing came. They even promised a small cash credit for the inconvenience which never came. I have a table with 3 good legs! The chairs are lovely and the withstand the weather, and most importantly, they don't heat up in the sun.

Not as sturdy as described. The table locks are absolute garbage. I even messaged them about getting a replacement and nothing. The chair slats where you send bend so easily. They are not sturdy at all. I regret my purchase.

while I very much like the product. nuts were missing and they were odd size, so had to search at hardware store. then the button to flip the top was broken. could have sent back, but after the hard work to assemble the item, I didn't have strength to do it!

The product was advertised as looking like real wood when in reality it looks like heavy duty plastic. It was difficult to assemble because the piece that was to easily fit so the table can be expandable took a great deal of force to put it in place. I am never going to make the table smaller because it is too difficult to move that piece. The Table top around the edges is metal and it arrived with a dent in the side. I'm glad it was on sale for about half off. I would never ay full price for it. Once I save enough money to get a better quality table for my out door deck, I will be taking this one to Good will, or finding another home for it somewhere else.

This purchase has been a nightmare. To keep it short, awful customer service response regarding the table arriving damaged and no hardware included. Just continuous runaround via email with no actual result and I'm left to have to do a chargeback on my credit card. Save yourself the hassle! Not worth the savings to end up with broken furniture!

I don’t understand all of the 4 and 5 star reviews. This table was so cheap and rickety when we put it together that we immediately disassembled for return; we did not even bother putting together any chairs. AI said this was a cost effective swap for a polywood set and this just goes to show that you can’t trust AI for everything!

The set comes with 8 chairs but the table only fits six-doesn't make sense! If you were to use the 2 extra chairs those people would be sitting in front of the legs! Poor design
