I have to say, I am so happy with this patio set. Not only is it sturdy but really beautiful. I purchased the black color table with the grey meshed material for the chairs. The table is a two person carry and chairs are heavy as well BUT you can be sure it will not get blown away! I highly recommend this product.

This is a very high quality outdoor dinning set. Super good clearance deal as well. This will definitely hold up to the weather . The only flaw is in the umbrella itself. Huge umbrella which I love but where the top of the umbrella attaches to the base part of umbrella pole, is Flimsy and not sturdy enough for the weight of such a big umbrella . Also most umbrellas have a linch pin that goes through the pole itself so the umbrella won’t spin around while in use. This one doesn’t have that. So I had to drill my own hole and add a pin. Worked out fine but needs to be included in future models .

Incredible! I was looking at the name brand version of this which literally costs THOUSANDS OF $$$. My daughter put it together without even asking for help ( except to lift the table). The pieces all fit together perfectly, and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend you use a drill so you don’t wear out your fingers with the allen wrench. Can’t speak to longevity, but out of the box it looks perfect!!!

This furniture is very sturdy and looks great. High quality! Assembly was not as bad as I was expecting. Easy instructions and everything was included. I am looking forward to many outdoor dining with family and friends!

The order was shipped partial and it took me three weeks to get my chairs complete. It was a big inconvenience. A lot of phone calls emails back-and-forth and finally got the original package that was lost in FedEx somewhere.

Order arrived in 3 separate shipments. The shipment with two chairs did not match the other 4 chairs and table. They were a darker color. They wanted to pay me to keep the mismatched chairs. After going back and forth with 24 hours in between each message they made it right and sent two new chairs that matched.

Overall if you are looking for a dupe this is a good cost effective option for a 7 piece table set. It is relatively easy to assemble although the screws don't have holes to go into and that would have been helpful. My biggest issue with the table is that upon opening it out of the box, the table top had 2 major scratches on it that are extremely visible. When I contacted the company they told me "scratches don't affect the functionality of it". When purchasing a new table I expect it to arrive in perfect condition NOT damaged. They did not want to send us a new table top so only offered a discount. Didn't feel this level of customer service was satisfactory given I'm still spending a lot of money on this set.

I’ve had nothing but issues with this product. From the untimely delivery to the product itself. The table has a slight bow in it and the last two chairs to arrive are clearly from a different product batch. These two chairs are clearly a different color of grey and weren’t even produced in the same manner as the other four. Now all they want to do is have me send these two chairs back for a partial refund of the chairs. I want the other two chairs I ordered. I ordered a seven piece set and not a five piece. I will make it a point to never again order from the Marketplace seller.

Bought this item and we were assembling items as we unpackaged them. Of course, the last chair to get put together was broken. I submitted a claim to Serwall and I got an email back stating: "Thank you for your message. However, we would like to clarify that the warranty does not cover damage caused by any improper use. In the meantime, the part is out of stock, thus we recommend you buy a new chair to replace the old one. If you have any further questions or need additional help, please don't hesitate to reach out." Best regards, Fiona. I never even used the chair or the set, so not sure why I can't get a replacement, was not my fault it came damaged. Was going to order another set but not if this is how they take care of issues that happened before hand.

Screws didn't gut drill holes. What would take me 5-10 min took me more Than 30-40 as I loosed tightened . Over and over again to make it fit. Almost stripped two screws trying to force it.
