it's a really nice bike. it's pretty fast. I've got it up to about 37. it seems to be of good build quality. so far so good. I'm very happy with my purchase and as far as the money I think it's one of the best bangs for the buck would definitely recommend.

Everything was pretty good with this bike , I only had one problem and that was the front tire tube came with a slow leak. My 15 yro nephew loves it .

i was sent the wrong bike upon opening the box it had a broken kickstand. I paid someone to assemble it for me and I noticed it was not the ike i ordered. i looked at the specks and things and I thought it would be close as the one I ordered. its doesn't have much power at takeoff and i have charged the battery 3 times in 50 miles. top speed is only 29mph instead of 45. the button for the power level doesn't work well i have to mess with it to raise the power level. i paid for the 3 year warranty and I have still not had anyone to respond to my request.

this bike does not do 40mph the bike shock rides super rough for a person with some weight on them when you hit bumps it feel like its fallen apart like the tires flat

Bike broke down after 12 days. Within those 12 days I had to replace the tubing in the tires 3 times. HiKeep told me that they were sending a replacement part over 3 months ago. The bike has just been sitting. Horrid product. Save yourself a headache and shop around.
