This cooler has worked flawlessly. Currently I am testing the functionality while camping, riding around in the Jeep, daily use, etc. been running the last 3 days on a Jackery 1000 - trying to see how long it will run for future use. Absolutely no regrets and I look forward to further uses.

I tested our RV45D in our home. Prechilled with some frozen jugs. Temperature was 77. It cooled down quickly, I was surprised how quiet it is. I then moved it onto our screened porch outside. It was 94 degrees. Real feel 99. I had left the frozen jugs in the unit overnight , they had partially thawed. It took several hours for the freezer to reach 0, but once it did the unit maintained 0. I took a reading inside the freezer with my infrared thermometer and it read -14. The refrigerator side, larger side for us, got to 35 quickly, also held temperature. I cant wait to use this on our next RV trip.

We are so impressed with the 45 qt dual zone unit we purchased. We have been camping 3 times now for multiple days, setting the cooler for single zone only and at 39 degrees. We have the insulated cover and use the unit in our 1978 VW bus. Over a 48 hour period just sitting in the camp sites, only 1 volt was consumed from the camp battery! We charge phones, listen to music as well. Very impressed!

This is my 3rd 12v fridge. Ive had a cheap one and a higher priced one. This one sits right in the middle, but has the most features, is well insulated considering it's weight and it gets even better with the add on cover. I've used it for many multi day camp trips and it's on the lower end of power consumption. Definitely recommend this fridge!

Taking up less than half the width of my 4 door bronco's cargo space, this refrigerator does the fridge/freezer job like a champ. Have had no issues with it, although one small critique is that the drain plug is slightly raised in the center of the one side of the cooler. Spills and rinse-outs don't drain 100%, but can easily be remedied with a towel at the end, so it's not worth reducing a star for it. I'm very happy with the purchase and hope the unit holds up over time.

I originally bought a much larger fridge/freezer from another company and it turned out to be just too large to fit in the rear of my Bronco. I was going to purchase a smaller version of the high priced competitor, but it would not have had the fridge and freezer option. I saw a review for the Setpower dual zone for about half the price of the other companies and decided to give it a try. I can tell you it is beyond awesome. It is built very well. The controls are easy to use and it sips power. I can run it for a full day easily on my Jackery 300. It is very cool to have the ability to remove the divider and have one large fridge or freezer. Just an all around great value. I am stoked that I purchased this over the more expensive one. Extra money for more mods!

This cooler is well-designed and built like a tank! Just returned a cheaper/wimpy brand when it stopped working. Did a lot of research and decided Setpower was likely the best. The plastic on this unit is heavy-duty and with the 3 year warranty, I am very confident my money is well-spent.

I purchased a 45QT and so far am happy with it. I think it will serve the wife and I well. I used it recently in refrigerator mode for the weekend keeping drinks cold and performed flawlessly. Prior to the weekend outing I tested it in various settings and used two different gauges to check the accuracy. The temperatures were spot on except in the freezer/refrigerator mode with the freezer being the smaller compartment. The refrigerator side seem to stay 5 - 6 degrees colder than the setting. My guess is that there was some bleed over from the freezer side for the lower readings. The cooler refrigerator temperature is not an issue with me and I will just need to monitor it on outings and make the necessary adjustments when required. I was a little concern about the weight of the unit but, it is nicely balanced and easy for two people to carry when full. I love the springs in the side handles and the plastic outer is clean looking. The unit is quiet but, when in a room by itself you can hear it operate however, this should not be an issue in the great outdoors. The lid can be a bit tricky to remove but, with a little practice, not a problem. It has not been on a true camping trip yet so, I really do not know how well it will perform in hot summer conditions and only then I will know for sure if I made the right choice. That review is yet to come.

Travel weekly in the texas heat.. the RV45D sits in back plugged into the Bluetti EB55. (Pass through charging) works great. I cook my supper daily and it keeps the frozen foods frozen and the fridge is always cold. Runs on thr eb55 overnight and during the day while on the job. Due to the summer heat I'll probably suggest the optional cover. I would definitely buy again.

It's a good produce at a price point for my comfort. Attention needs to be placed on the temperature calibration. The unit I received was off by 6/7 degrees! The refrigerator temperature was set at 35 degrees for 24 hours. When the temperature displayed 35 degrees F, I put in a thermometer and 12 hours later the thermometer displayed 42 degrees F. I put in a different thermometer for 13+ hours and it displayed 41 degrees F. The two different thermometers are calibrated to be +/- 1 degree. I just adjusted the temperature on the unit to reflect the difference in the actual temperature.
