Ordered item twice and returned it twice as both times I was delivered the incorrect product. Ordered the "Beginners" kit with templates for beginners and both times was delivered a completely different embroidery set with bird templates (NOT the beginner templates advertised).
They sent me totally different patterns. They sent images of birds. Very beautiful but as a beginner I can't do these until I learn the stitches. I bought the patterns with stitches so I can learn. Total FRAUD. SCAM - They just sent whatever they had on hand. Yes, it's returnable to Walmart but they didn't have the actual patterns ordered.
