I love that all of the food and drinks that I taste that were on a plate, bowl, or glass do not taste like the dish soap powder. Also my kitchen doesn't smell like dish powder for hours. The dish powder also dissolves completely unlike some other top brand ones. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I like the product because it cleans the dishes well. It is good for the environment and is also good for my household. It is a little more costly but to help out the earth I am willing to pay it. I like knowing I am using something that is friendly to the earth.
This product does very well cleaning dishes. I started going "green" with my cleaning products at least 20 years ago. A FEW times I have run out of dishwasher soap and I use some other "green" or regular soap and the chemicals in these other products begin to bother my stomach. I get a "chemical" irritation. I trust the Seventh Generation brand.
I hate when my dishes smell and taste like soap, or even worse, that gross fake-lemon scent they put into dish detergent. The dish packs are great--my dishes are clean and sparkling, and there's no mess or overspill in the little detergent compartment.
Great dishwashing tablets! I having been using these for awhile now. They clean well and are more "green" than so many others out there. I also really like they there is no over powering smell! Just clean!
Seventh generation products save the environment which I'm all for! Also this product cleans my dishes as well! I especially like that this is a large package, good for 45 washes, which means I don't have to order as often, saves me time.
This gets my dishes so clean and doesn't leave any residue. It's important to me that it is a safe alternative to other brands and actually works. Our new go to dishwasher pod
Shocked that a Seventh Generation product could be so bad; I've never had any other eco-friendly dishwasher pod perform so poorly. These Seventh Gen pods leave a white residue on everything...dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, and even the dishwasher. Tried a second rinse but it's still there. I have hand-washed everything in vinegar and water to try to remove the residue, but the inside of the dishwasher is still streaked with white. For a company that purports to be planet-friendly, having to wash everything multiple times (which requires additional water and electricity) seems like a really poor value proposition. It's also a waste of $$$ as this isn't exactly a low budget item. Deeply disappointed in the Seventh Generation brand. NOTE: I don't have photos since I've already rewashed everything; please look at the photos in other 1 or 2-star reviews for a glimpse of how poorly this product works.
I bought this product as a healthier choice. Since using the clean and clear pods, my new Bosch dishwasher has terrible soap scum build up and looks terrible. I am hoping to get it off with white vinegar rinse. This never happened with the toxic cascade.
Outer shell does not dissolve properly. Detergent gets stuck. Compared to the same brand in a smaller size package, the smaller size works better. I am not sure why. This size packaging's quality is questionable.
