Sevylor Oars
The oars that came with the boat were little more than worthless toy oars. After a few uses they broke. The Sevylor Heavy Duty Oars made all the difference in the world and worth every cent I spent on them.

Better than adequate.
The term "Heavy Duty" is obviously subject to interpretation. I would rate these somewhere between heavy duty and "adequate for when your motor conks out." Although shorter than standard boat oars, they will get you back to shore, but I wouldn't want to rely on them for primary locomotion in anything but an inflatable raft. They are near perfect ,however, to stow under the seat of a fishing boat to satisfy safety requirements and to save space. The small diameter makes finding oar locks a challenge, but I TIG welded my own and the end result is just fine for my boat on my lake.

Light
Really light,thin, breakdown and carry in bag. Wish i could add another piece to middle as i applied oarlocks too much on top as gear rings and handles take up the space. I'd call them light duty, but I have a super heavy inflatable.

Get the right oar locks
The oars were fine but the oarlocks that I bought with them were for larger-diameter oars.

they do the job
Certainly do not replace the feel or pull of wooden oars but they did the job as the back up to a small motor boat! Very happy with purchase, and they are portable.

to short for my aluminum boat, the tube is 2 pieces and smaller than would work well in my oar locks.

The oars are fine but worthless when the oar locks that they show online to go with are too big in diameter the oars measure 1 1/8†in diameter can not find oar locks small enough to fit
