Does the job
The smell is not pleasing. After letting it dry completely the smell becomes very faint. The smell doesn't transfer to your mouth. Its not as handy as a toothbrush but I do like the way my teeth feel after using it. I brush with the Miswak stick with just water 1st. Cut it again and rhrn use it with baking soda or toothpaste.

It was love at first use. My teeth looked whiter in the process of brushing, they felt smoother, and definitely cleaner. I love it already and I'm on day 3 of using.
