Runs small but sexy tshirt

I bought several of these shirts. They are not as low cut as the picture, but they work well for my off days , which is why I bought them. My only complaint is two of the blue shirts (I think one was called Aqua and the other Teal) have white spots on them like a bleach stain, and that's how they came. Luckily there are just lounge shirts for me, so I'm going to attempt to dye those two. Otherwise nice.

Not even close to "Deep V". Shallow cut, barely showing clavicle. Picture misrepresents depth of cut. Fabric is good though.

I needed a comparison size, and i was matched with No Boundaries. Yet, S is too small. Went to return and I can't do through Walmart. The whole purchase and round around made me very sour.
