This chair is amazing! It was so easy to put together and took less than 20 minutes. The material is soft and durable. The heat and massage are absolutely AMAZING! It has several settings and the heat can be used alone. I highly recommend it!

I'm a small person, this fits me perfectly but if you're medium or larger person I'd pass on this one. Assembly was difficult as it was delivered in many pieces…one piece was missing. The heat works well, the massage is more of a vibrate. To put the footrest up, it is a small release type handle near the seat area, something I've never seen before. I love the swivel and rocking combination. Over all it's just ok..the price is a bit high for the quality.

This is a very small chair if you are over 5 foot 10 you will have your feet hanging off the foot rest. The foot rest is not comfortable and the massage feature is more of a vibrate which is increasing noisy. The chair looks fine but the fabric is made of cheap material and the armrest fabric zipper will break when being assembled due to the fabric not being large enough. Overall you get what you pay for but I would definitely pass on this chair

Seams on arm rest covers are cheap, they ripped apart and the zippers are made out of aluminum, all broke when trying to zip up

It does not look like the photo its much smaller, all the zippers that hold the sides, arm rests down broke when trying to stretch the fabric to fit during the assembly, they were cheap not sturdy zippers as they need to be for a chair assembly. The foot rest pops up very fast when the cord is pulled to the point of it could possibly hurt you legs but then has to be pushed back down manually and its very hard to do if you are not a strong person, its basically a lot cheaper made than what it appears to be in the photo.

I did not receive all of the parts or the instructions. I had to send them photos to prove I did not have the screws. When assembling it the zipper broke on one of the arms. I've only had this chair for a few months and it is falling apart, the wood on the back is crumbling. I am the only one that sits in it.

This is the worst recliner I have ever sat in. It is cheaply made uncomfortable and very hard to operate. As just an armchair it would be ok, but not as a recliner. I do not recommend this chair.
