awesome tablet!! My 4y/o got it from his Grandma for his birthday.. I was really surprised how fast it loads and was super easy to set up.. only complaint i have is i can not find a protective case/otter boxes for this particular tablet . that has screen protector.. can only find rubber covers for it..

Don't really know what to say. Can't get anywhere because it wants info I no longer have .My husband set up the wifi so Ive no idea what any of the passwords and user name he used. He doesn't remember either. Never had to with our other lap tops, phones tablets. You should watn people about this. It just seems a bit like a racket here to get folks to add more services onto the price tag. It gets a bit over the top for the average consumer, they think they're getting a deal, until they're held hostage for add on tech help. But you CAN decline it. But, if there are issues then you can get help online. For a price.

I especially like the size of the tablet. It's easy to hold on to and seems to function well. I need to work with a tutorial in order to be able to use the various functions of the tablet itself. The instruction manual is written in VERY LIGHT INK, BARELY VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE, ESPECIALLY FOR AN ELDERLY PERSON. That sucks.

Only had it 24 hours and the screen broke. I did get the protection plan I sent it in and they got back with me correctly saying it could not be fixed and they said it gift card but my only question is I don't understand why the screen couldn't be fixed I've had a and they were always able to fix the screen. It makes me wonder because it was a clearance item saving a few hundred dollars if whoever received it to work on it decided to say he couldn't be back so he could buy it or keep it.

When something is discounted that much off is for a reason. It's junk!!!! Went to turn it on and nothing. so I thought it was dead so I plugged it in to charge and left so I came back to see if it was charged and it wasn't and it does not work so when you see something discounted, don't buy it I have only turned it on a handful of times. Lesson learned I guess.

It is not at all what I thought it was. It was completely void of anything when received. I made the mistake of following instructions to set it up by transferring programs from my current tablet. It was very stiff and slow when trying to navigate the transferred programs and systems. Now I have to figure out how to delete everything that was transferred to return it. I also did not realize it was an off-brand manufacturer.

The tablet I received would come on but would not pick up WiFi. Called the Tech service they tried to help me but after calling twice they told me to take it back there had to be something wrong with the tablet because I was doing everything correct. I returned the tablet!

Don't buy! I purchased this for my mom. She uses it to go on Pinterest and it completely froze. I took it in and of course it was past a refund period (Christmas present) so I took it to a repair shop and it can not be fixed because of a programming issue.
