Company does honor warranty.
Purchased tablet 8/2024, with one year warranty. Problems with charging 5 months in. Now not honoring warranty! Beware!

POOR -Product defective upon opening-very poor
I would like a refund or replacement of the Android tablet I purchased July 8. I am VERY disappointed with Walmart on this order %232000120-71295264 of the SGIN 10 in Android 13 Tablet that I purchased in July for my Grandsons birthday this fall. IT WAS NOT OPENED UNTIL OCTOBER 1, and it is defective. I cannot recharge it without holding the cord in for several hours while it recharges. Even though it was not opened until October, Walmart says I have to contact the SGIN company and THAT is in China. SURE--just try that option. I can't find an American base for this company anywhere. The tablet is and looks new.

Item was stolen,never received
Fedex driver opened my package and replaced my tablet with a neck fan. Walmart Customer Services issued a complete refund. Currently waiting on refund.

i bought 2 the 1st went out out of nowhere. I pug in to charge i it went black. than i bout the 2 and as soon needed to be charged die it didt not work. i bought n other no i will never get one is something to do with the charge
