The only thing that I dislike about the computer is that it doesn't have a CD player. I really miss that!

Works just like a HP computer. You can write and save papers ( with subscription to word) and save them to the computer with no issue. Runs fast, can handle running word and other Microsoft programs, and can even play a few games- it cannot handle heavy games like Roblox though. Just fyi. The only issue I have is the keys for the volume control do not actual control the volume and the screen bright and less bright commands also do not work. It makes the computer do odd stuff instead. Work that out and it would be a perfect laptop. Other than that it's a great buy for the price.

It has issues when you close it and is in sleep mode if you open it you have to completely turn it all the way off and back on to use it again. Plus mouse on screen even when not touching goes crazy and starts opening different things on its own don't recommend this laptop.

The computer stare Ted, but then fail Ed to install updates. Did Updar te Relsietr, then updates installed. At next update, computer restarted and wouldn't cone back on. Had to reinstall factory operating system. Niw it won't update again. Update repairs gave been unsuccessful.

IDK anything about how the computer works because it is DELAYED. Walmart won't let me cancel order and I don't have the computer that I need. I will not do business with Walmart again for computers.

You get what you pay for. This laptop is painfully slow at everything it does. Bought in an emergency situation main laptop finally died after many years. You sometimes have to reboot twice before you can get it going again. This laptop will no recover from sleep mode, you have to completely reboot.

Was a good deal so grabbed it for a birthday. Birthday party comes around, open it up... turn on and bam. No windows loaded. Can't return because it's outside the return limit. Unless you wanna spend another $100 on a clean and legal copy of Windows, just skip it.

Sounds like a great deal. I received mine and let it charge up but once I turned in states I need to put programs on the system. I won't buy. I have it getting returned here and it states it will take up to 3 weeks from when they receive it to get my money back. I hope it's not a scam on getting my money back as it was received a computer that doesn't have software in it.

The laptop has a problem where it gets stuck on the INTEL logo before going to windows. It takes over 20 power off and power on to get it to finally fully boot to Windows. It goes to hibernate and back ok. But if you have to reboot or power it off or in a few of my cases, it crashes and tries Tito reboot….. Good luck You'll hope it will reboot but after the 10th time you fee it won't ever. So far it has after 20 plus tries. I Will 100% never buy a SGIN laptop again. My 5 year old Dell still boots up and has never crashed. . Stay away
