The reason I gave it four stars is because I have only had the laptop two weeks. Time will tell if the laptop is reliable or not.
I was looking for a decent computer for one of my clients and this fits the bill for an average user looking for a decent PC
This laptop computer is exactly what I have been looking for: a good and reliable but relatively cheaper laptop computer for my grandkids to do school assignments, watch kids' videos and play educational games. This laptop fits my purpose and expectations perfectly. It was quite easy to set it up and to connect to my WIFI. The programs and apps were easily downloaded and installed, and all seem to run fast and smoothly. Its screen is much larger than the tablet we're using. It's lightweight so it can be safely carried and moved from room to room by kids. The keyboard keys seem a bit bigger than other laptops, but the right shift key unfortunately is a bit too small. So, this is really an excellent purchase - a solid and nice computer at a relatively inexpensive price.
The number 1 feature that I was looking for was touch screen and that was in the description but the computer is not touch screen. For 1k or more value that should be included i feel i got bated and switched.
you advertise this laptop having 8GB. this laptop only has 1GB. i took it to company to check why it is so SLOW. they pulled up info on this laptop and it says it only has 1GB on it.
I've only had it a few days and definitely sending it back. It's hard to scroll pages. Playing solitaire and chess and the mouse won't go where I want it
Very disappointed! There is no adapter to charge the computer contacted walmart %26 nothing was done even took to local walmart %26 they even tried to find a charging adapter But! none fit. Walmart says it can't be returned So you're ripped off because they call it a 3rd party sale. I am very discussed it. I can't believe Walmart would stoop that low.
There is no hdmi port, so my 2 year old monitors won't work. They work on my older cheap lenovo just fine. I read that issue before purschasing knowing that there are several options of adaptors. it comes with 2 usb ports, headphone jack, micro mini sd slot, what looks like a display monitor slot but itsnabout twice as small as the display cord i got so not sure about it, a usb-c slot and the charging cord hole. the adapters i tried would go into the usb-c slot. Adapters tried: display port to hdml cable and a display port cable (display port as mentioned on the laptop is like half the size of the display port cord) didnt fit, usb-c to hdmi cable (plugged in but laptop woild never recognize the monitor), and a usb-c to hdmi adapter (fit but again the laptop wouldnt recognize the monitor). this isn't a driver issue either. im at a loss as to what could be the issues except maybe the usb-c port isn't working right, but it makes a beeping noise when i plug something in, which usually means it is. As other reviews mentioned, the keys are hard to see, which is also odd. Bottom line, im returning it.
The keyboard and mousepad are awkward to use. The mousepad does not have right and left buttons and there is essentially no right-click. The mouse is sluggish at times and at other times shoots across the screen on its own. Typing a few sentences is grueling. The cursor randomly jumps to a new location on the page. The keyboard layout has several differences from keyboards I am accustomed to on my old HP and my work Dell. A couple examples, the right shift key is smaller than usual and set just a little more towards the center of the keyboard, and to use a decimal on the number pad, you have to shift as you do to capitalize a letter. I wish I had returned it before my return period expired.
The specs did not match up with the description of the laptop. It could not past the basic specs for a at home job, in which I purchased it for. Out of no where it no longer charges. I've maybe used this computer a few minutes each time so i never noticed it wasn't charging until the battery got low and I tried to charge it. Nothing happened so I purchased a new charging card and still nothing.
