Let me start with the technical issue can happen to any laptop! It isn't the companies problem, just a simple mishap with the mousepad being slightly wonky! I do have another worry, not a complaint, the laptop seems to overheat a lot quicker than most. Other than that, I do believe it's a lovely laptop. Works very well, has a beautiful screen, keyboard is comfortable, and it works perfectly fine like I said
I purchased laptop because of sale price. 17" screen allows you to see faces clearly. But, keyboard is 😖, heavy, sensitive keys, plays X‐Box games, many perks and flaws. I paid to have laptop set my info. Laptop now doesn't recognize me, phone %23, passwords for anything I pray I get through it .
There is a lack of what I consider as normal requirements of a laptop. Biggest being no Ethernet(RJ-45) connection with only a one mode Wi-Fi wireless adapter which took forever to update operating system after first turn on. Only two USB (standard) plus one USB-C. No DVD or CD. Camera and Mic worked okay. Video during game play is herky jerkey. Not reccomended.
this is like an entry level laptop not recommended trying to use this in a professional setting it bogs down extremely fast just trying to load certain programs
Liked everything about the pc, until I purchased a monitor and adapter to plug the monitor HDMI into the adapter which was a USB-C. I used the adapter on another laptop and it worked fine. But on this laptop it will not work at all. Tried plugging keyboard HDMI plug into adapter and into the USB-C port on laptop and nothing, this also works on another laptop fine. I needed the adapter because there isn't a standard HDMI port or enough USB ports.
I only use this to look up auto parts and it stopped working after only 50 days . I contacted seller but have not received any communication from them
It was not working when we got it. I ordered it from Walmart, paid with my Walmart card. I started a return on it then had to go to a physical Walmart to get a label to send it back the the company that made it. Then have to box it up and take it to a post office myself. I am done with a company I pay $98.00 a year to for this crappy service. Actually less then one star but they would not let me post until I gave at least one star.
The windows program kept shutting down : i followed many tutorials to fix the problem with no luck: so after many days and hours of working on it i decided to send it back . I was disappointed I couldn't return it to the store for an immediate refund as now I have to wait to get another computer: the return was easy: we will see how long the refund takes.
i bought two. I was going to give them as Christmas gifts. thank goodness i took it out before Christmas because the screen was shimmering on one of them. i am trying tp return it. the other one at thia rime appears to be working. so maybe it was a bad machine.
It's just terrible honestly. Lags all the the time. Takes forever to load up. Can't believe this supposed to be a $1000 laptop. It's not even worth it at 300. Simply terrible. It updates itself every single time you turn it on. As I'm typing this it's been like 30 minutes of it turning on. TERRIBLE. Even the seller terrible I tried to cancel it 10 minutes after but they didn't let me cancel it. And this was like at 2am. Still didn't let me do it. Go find some else seriously this waste of money. Won't let you return it either. Some yourselves some time and go find some else. The pc brand is terrible too so your welcome
