I bought this for the price point and monitor size mainly. video quality is great. the track pad is huge! everything works as I'd expect it to on a new laptop. I carry around a backpack with me so I don't have any issues with it fitting in a bag. I like that side by side views feel like I have 2 monitors because it feels that big. just for fun and sort of test I loaded up two YouTube videos to play at once and had no issues with processing power. I use this to edit videos myself and appreciate the great video quality and massive screen when I'm doing that.

I was really impressed with this laptop. It was ready to go right out of the box and I was able to start using it right away. I was a little worried about the handling of it if it wasn't packaged properly, but they did a really good job of packaging it to keep it safe so it wouldn't get damaged while shipping. I love the 18.5 screen. It's huge and makes it very comfortable when watching videos or if I have multiple tabs open when viewing several documents. The picture is crystal clear and is perfect to watch movies or shows on it. The sound is excellent. The 16GB RAM and large 1024GB SSD makes the system run smoothly, and it starts up quickly. Considering it's an 18.5 screen it still feels fairly lightweight. The keyboard is very comfortable and I like the touch and feel of the keys . For this price, the performance and quality are honestly unbeatable. The large screen itself is a game changer. This is a solid laptop for the price. Super happy with this purchase!

this was a gift for my grandson and he seems very happy with it he says it does everything that he needs so he can do his school work at home

I really like the laptop, and customer service was excellent, unfortunately due to my own issues I had to return it.

Sadly FedEx delivered this to the wrong address. Walmart will not reship. I am stuck with exercising a dispute with my credit card. I was attempting to replace Amazon with Walmart . That seems to be a no-go

It's huge but took forever to set up and the charger doesn't work. Now I have to go buy a universal charger so I can finish setting it up in order to be able to use it to give it a fair and complete review.

DID NOT COME AS ADVERTISED ..... HAD i3 BUT ADVERTISED 2.0, I GOT 1.3 ..... RAM ADVERTISED 16GB DDR4 ... I GOT DDR3 .... BUT FOR $400 I WILL KEEP IT .... MAYBE!!!

Not only is the ram DDR3 instead of DDR4 as advertised but this laptop is incredibly slow compared to anything else you can get for the same price. It heats up fairly quickly on things that shouldn't be intensive and has difficulties loading a browser or unintensive games. The battery life is nice but overall it is absolutely not worth it for the pricepoint that is supposedly 1000 dollars. There are better options for less than 280.

The flowers were not fresh …. Wilted the computer is a big disappointment. I still don't have it set up. I needed something with plug-in plug and play and this is definitely not. I don't know if I'm gonna keep it or not. If I can't get it set up I need to send it back.

Waste of time and money if purchase this. The only thing important is the storage. Overheats in a minute of use out of literally by turning it on.
