SGIN 18.5" Windows 11 Laptop 16GB DDR4 1024GB SSD Laptops Computer - 4 Core Intel i3, 1920*1080 FHD IPS Screen, Wifi 6

I purchased item based on what your ad said I would get. clearly false advertisement because you don't get the windows 11 program you have to download it and purchase it separately. speaking with Walmart didn't resolve anything. obviously they support fraud don't buy this product save your money go somewhere else

I was really impressed with this laptop. It was ready to go right out of the box and I was able to start using it right away. I was a little worried about the handling of it if it wasn't packaged properly, but they did a really good job of packaging it to keep it safe so it wouldn't get damaged while shipping. I love the 18.5 screen. It's huge and makes it very comfortable when watching videos or if I have multiple tabs open when viewing several documents. The picture is crystal clear and is perfect to watch movies or shows on it. The sound is excellent. The 16GB RAM and large 1024GB SSD makes the system run smoothly, and it starts up quickly. Considering it's an 18.5 screen it still feels fairly lightweight. The keyboard is very comfortable and I like the touch and feel of the keys . For this price, the performance and quality are honestly unbeatable. The large screen itself is a game changer. This is a solid laptop for the price. Super happy with this purchase!

The flowers were not fresh …. Wilted the computer is a big disappointment. I still don't have it set up. I needed something with plug-in plug and play and this is definitely not. I don't know if I'm gonna keep it or not. If I can't get it set up I need to send it back.

Not only is the ram DDR3 instead of DDR4 as advertised but this laptop is incredibly slow compared to anything else you can get for the same price. It heats up fairly quickly on things that shouldn't be intensive and has difficulties loading a browser or unintensive games. The battery life is nice but overall it is absolutely not worth it for the pricepoint that is supposedly 1000 dollars. There are better options for less than 280.

It's huge but took forever to set up and the charger doesn't work. Now I have to go buy a universal charger so I can finish setting it up in order to be able to use it to give it a fair and complete review.

Fan went out after 4 months. Warranty company sent me to manufacturer. Manufacturer says they don't carry parts. Tried to find a replacement, not available in US. Tried a similar fan, didn't fit.

DID NOT COME AS ADVERTISED ..... HAD i3 BUT ADVERTISED 2.0, I GOT 1.3 ..... RAM ADVERTISED 16GB DDR4 ... I GOT DDR3 .... BUT FOR $400 I WILL KEEP IT .... MAYBE!!!

I really like the laptop, and customer service was excellent, unfortunately due to my own issues I had to return it.

Easy to set up works well.

Nice computer. Large screen makes ot easier for me to read
