Shades Eq color
I have been using these colors for about maybe five years now and they work perfect for me. I don't like hair dye that are permanent. They're really rough on your hair so I use these. Never an issue.

The gloss arrived quickly and was wrapped so that it wouldn't leak in transit. Caramel is darker than you might anticipate (more dark brown than medium or light) but the color is still pretty.

Help with the lables
I just found this on line. I'm not a beautition. It is confusing. I want blond high-lights. I HV short hair. Could they provide pic's. and better labeling for the common shopper like me. Do I buy a timer, with the color? Help! I'm tired of paying $100.00 to get my hair colored. Thank you.
