Despite what they say, it covers my gray, and I'm mostly gray. Also conditions very well.

Gorgeous Deep Red Color
This was my first time trying Redken Shades EQ. I got the 2 other shades to mix with Rocket Fire to create the trendy Cowboy Copper look. Love how it turned out! I only used about a 1/4 of this bottle because it's such a deep red shade. I do think it would be a pretty shade all on its own.

Purchasing Redken color products
I've used this product for years. It was not until approximately 10 years ago that this was available to the general public. Before that it was available only to professionals.

Beware of sellers
Beauty Supply Super Store 19745 Colima Rd. Ste 1162 Rowland Heights, CA 91748 is considered highly rated. but I beg to differ. I ordered 2 bottles of Redken Shades EQ Color Gloss and received 1. There is no way of contacting seller for a refund or shipment of second bottle. Walmart.com did reach out via telephone and this issue will hopefully be rectified. I will not use Beauty Supply Super Store in the future.
