Great lactose-free meal supplement
Needed a lactose feee option without artificial sweeteners. This is it! My mom likes the vanilla so we keep a supply on hand for her everyday meal supplement. I wish it came in 12 oz size, but I got some smaller bottles and divide two into three then store in the fridge.

Good post-workout snack
Soylent's complete protein drink has become one of my go-to protein sources after working out (typically a long run). I prefer the taste to other protein supplements I've tried previously, and it's less filling than the Soylent “complete meal” product.

Yummy and Filling
It keeps me feeling full so I don't have stuff my face all day. Also it the right amount of sweet so that there isn't a nasty aftertaste that some overly sweet foods. Highly recommend.

Lots of protein, the vanilla flavor is fine, not great but not bad. my only issue is how thick it is. like a non frozen milkshake. the thickness isnt my thing so ill use the others in smoothies.
