Nice pole for cheap. We bought 3 and we love them! Of course theyre not for catching TUNAS 😂 but these are great little poles for regular fishing 🎣 me and my family really like them!

This fishing pole is cute, matches up with my pole from last year and you can catch practically any type of fish/ including up to around 15 lbs (depending on the strength of your line) Nice smooth casts and it holds up nicely. Definitely can recommend

it seems like a very good rod 'Haven't got to fish with it yet' but it seems good the end of mine got broke because of my driver that brought it though

This rod by Shakespeare is one of my favorite beginner rods, I recently bought it and it has caught me really nice fish. For the price of the rod, it is really good and I would recommend buying for beginners.

very good for the price handles well i suggest changing the line to a quality line i change to trilene othet then that i wll purchase another in future

This thing is actually pretty awesome for being cheap. Switched out the line to 15lb line and have had no issues. Plus, the fact you can take it apart makes putting it in the trunk of my Subaru Impreza that much more amazing.

I have caught 15 inch black drum and 20 inch redfish with this pole. I don't think it could handle bigger fish than what I have caught, but very good for the price.

We bought this for our 16 year old daughter. She loves the color. She usually fishes for trout so we thought this would be perfect for her as it is listed as medium power. It was good with 6-8 inch trout but no so well with larger trout. You will need to buy a hugher quality line than what comes on it. Highly recommend changing the line before the first use. The reel seems to jam up once in a while. This pole is for younger kids who are learning to fish/cast and for smaller species. It is light and easy to transport. Affordable on a family budget.

HORRIBLE Fishing rod, gets tangled almost every time you cast it out, barely reels especially if you have any type of weight on your line, don't even have to be heavy weight, I had only a chatter bait and bopper on mine and even that was too heavy for it to reel in, I would keep reeling and the string wasn't moving. Don't waste your money.
