Days of pain
Would not recommend to someone with a really bad back. ive tried it a few times and it just make me hurt even more for longer periods of time.

Too stiff and flimsy to function
I bought this hoping to stretch my back and alleviate some minor pain. As soon as I laid back on it, the product literally flattened out and bent like it couldn't hold any weight. It was very stiff and hard to position in to place, while being too flimsy to hold my weight. For context I am 5'2” 160ish Lbs. I had to return it.

horrible quality
Item is very cheaply made and broke on first use. This thing did nothing but waste time and money. Do not buy. Save your money for something that is made well and actually works.
