A long time favorite instructor.
Trying to lose the weight from medication. My sister is coming for a visit and she does Pilates and Yoga. I now have several options to view.

Been Using Denise Austin workouts for over 20 year
This is a really good low impact effective work out. I ve been using Denise videos over 20 years and they are still fun, easy and effective. So glad i was able to find a really good one.

Very good all around workout!

Maybe a little too good.
I got this to work off my postpartum baby weight, thinking it would be easy for a beginner like myself. The cario workout did not seem low impact. I had trouble keeping up. Too worn out for the next workout. Hopefully it gets easier with time.
