The vacuum power is fantastic. I still had a Eureka Smartvac that was 25yrs old that I repaired many times but it still worked well but I wanted something more modern and bagless. I ran the old Eureka over my carpet,then the Shark. The Shark picked up and filled over half of it's collection cannister over the same area of carpet. I was definitely convinced I made a good choice.

Wonderful vacuum! It picks up such incredible dust and pet hair that my other vacuum left behind. Its smart tech alternating between hardwood floors and rugs (carpet) is remarkable. Only one comment I would make for future models and that is to make it lighter. As it is it’s a bit heavy to use, and I’m not a small or weak woman. Otherwise its hands down a 5 star vacuum.

This vacuum is great. We have dogs and cats and this vacuum gets the hair out of the carpet better than any vacuum I've ever owned.

This was a vacuum I didn’t know I needed! The suction is amazing. It’s also lightweight. Love the lights on the front! I have a shark before %26 love them but this one is amazing. If it was a car it would be a Cadillac lol. The only bad thing I could even think of is the cord is very stiff but I’m sure in time it will relax! Best money I ever spent on a vacuum 🥰

I got this on clearance to use upstairs in my house so I didnt have to carry my other shark up and down the stairs. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be that good, but wow the suction is amazing. Used on mostly carpet and some tile and it worked amazing! Buttons feel a little cheaper than my other shark but I swear this one has more suction. Love the lights! Easy to out together and empty. Can't speak to longevity as I just got it but fkr $80 I'm considering getting another for the basement. Cord is shorter than other shark but manageable.

Shark vacuums are superior, in my opinion. I got this one for my parents--they are very impressed with the suction and with how lightweight it is. They love the lift away feature for doing their stairs and maneuvering around their living room. Highly recommend!

Had this in my shopping cart for some time. I was hoping the price would drop. I was shocked when it dropped to $80 dollars with order online and pickup at store. We have a Cori and she has a lot of hair. I had vacuumed a few days before using a older shark This one pulled more dirt and hair out of the carpet than I had ever seen. Its bigger dust container is a plus. It works great when set to auto detect. Shuts off the head once you move off of carpet. Onto hardwood or vinyl floors. It's only down side is the cord. Its outer jacket is incredibly stiff. Making it a hassle to wind up.

I had an older Shark Navigator pet for about 6 years and it worked great. I would clog at the bend in the handle grip where the hose would attach to it, and it was a pain to clean out the dog hair that would get stuck in it. I finally decided to try an updated unit and of course a little more expensive but I couldn't be happier. The hose now detaches from the handle and you can clean it out easier. It has a automatic switch built in that senses when you go from carpet to hard floor. Love it! Super light also! Biggest complaint I saw before I bought it was people complaining about the cord being too stiff. I don't think its that bad. I will loosen up as you use it. But the vacuum works great and I am super happy with it!

I really like Shark Vacuums. However,this particular model has a power cord that is very very rigid and inflexible. Very difficult to wind up and my only disappointment with this model. Why is the cord so stiff?

I definitely needed this upgrade compared to my last vacuum. The suction is phenomenal. I pick up so much stuff. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm constantly having to dump the canister multiple times. Wish it was bigger. Itself lightweight in comparison to my old vacuum and the filters are easy to clean. I like how it automatically switches between and carpet and hardwood or other type of flooring.
