Bought this vaccuum about 6 months ago and LOVE it. It was a little different adjusting to the swivel but doesn't take a genius to figure it out. Great suction on hard floors as well as carpet. I went from a Kirby I bought years ago to this. The Kirby was just to heavy for stairs but I love the suction on it. This has every bit the suction and so much lighter. I ended up buying my son one and he loves it too. Great job Shark, never thought I'd find a vaccum i like as well as my Kirby and for a little over the 3rd of the price!

Just got this. My house is mostly hard floors. Bedrooms are carpet. It is surprising a little hard to use on carpet. On hardwood floors or cork which mine are it is a dream. Picks up very well. Dust bin is huge. Cord is easy to maneuver. I did have a dyson which was way to heavy to me to use so I really like this one.

My first impression of this vacuum is that it feels a little too plastic-y and flimsy. It is very easy to move around and it's light enough to use without any strain, but at this price point I was expecting something that didn't feel so cheap. My previous Shark was bought 4 years ago and although that one was a more expensive model, it felt heavy and I guess i'm just still used to that. Don't get me wrong, this vacuum gets the job done. It suctions well and gets my floors and rugs clean. But now I understand why it's just a 4 star vacuum.

I bought this two months and it's been working well for me. What I like: - It's easier to maneuver and lighter than my previous canister vacuum. - It has various attachments (nozzle, smaller vacuum head) and connectors (long versus none) to make it easier to vacuum different places and surfaces. - I can see the canister filling up: cleaning progress feels good. - I can see the canister to know when it needs to be emptied. No more guessing or trusting the vacuum to tell me. - No need to buy vacuum bags. - It's possible to clean the filters; no need to buy replacements. What I don't like: - It came with three attachments but the vacuum only has storage mounts for two. - Because the vacuum is bagless, a lot of dust goes in the air when I empty the canister. I have to empty the canister outside while wearing mask, else I'm coughing or sneezing for hours.

I've only used it once so far, but it did a great job in my home with 2 cats. I was skeptical about the brush that won't get tangled up in hair (I have long hair), but after doing the whole house, not a single hair was wrapped around the roller brush. That's amazing. I'm used to cutting hair off the roller at least twice a year. I bought this to replace a similar Shark Navigator that I got about 10 years ago. This one feels lighter-weight and easier to maneuver. It also has a lower profile and fits under more furniture. It will take a little getting used to because this one is so flexible and turns on a dime, even if I mean to go in a straight line. But it made vacuuming the stairs much easier. The attachments work well and the bin is really easy to empty. And like my previous Shark, I love having three levels of filtration.

I received this vacuum as a replacement from an in warranty vacuum LA300. For me I hate this vacuum. I bought my first shark upright vacuum in Dec 2022. I bought the CU530 model that has the self cleaning brush roll. I like that vacuum but due to the roller messing up I thought I would try a different model. February 2026 bought the LA300. Hated ever since. Lint gets clogged in the lint area in the dust bin and I have to clean it out practically every 5 to 10 minutes after I start vacuuming. Same thing with the LA362. Same problem and heavier I think. I'm screwed

I'm surprised there aren't more negative reviews. This is so hard to control because of the flexible shaft. My wrist kills after using this. This was sent as a replacement model when my original was out of stock, but the original didnt have this flex shaft so it was much better

I bought this to replace my older Shark that finally gave out. I am so disappointed because this vacuum has absolutely NO lights on it at all. You cannot see where you are vacuuming and the suction is no where near what my previous Shark had! It also only has min/max suction control, my previous Shark had a band where I could customize the suction I needed for different rugs. I will never buy this model again!
