Shark NeverChange Air Purifier, Compact Pro, HEPA Filter, CleanSense IQ, Anti-Allergen, 250 Sq Ft, HP070 Lilac

This product lives up to its name, and when it says that you don;t change the filter for 5 years, its true. I've just ordered a filter after 5 years and I've also just bought another shark, its worth the money. I now have two in my home, and with two dogs this product makes the difference.

It was an easy order and it was delivered 1 day after ordering it. The instructions was clear and easy to follow. One problem: I bought a 3-year insurance for the Shark Air Purifier with All State. It requires a receipt from Walmart. I struggled for an hour to find it online but it was nowhere to be found. I probable will cancel the policy if I don't find the receipt quick enough.

I love this thing I put it in my bedroom and could tell difference within 1 hour.. the setup was super easy and quick.. I definitely recommen for small spaces

Breathing easier. It's not loud and with the different light modes you don't have a bright light shining in your face all nice. Great for the bedroom.

I keep this about 25 ft from my kitchen. If i light a candle, cook bacon, or anything with a scent... it detects it... drops the air rating... then amps itself up to remedy the smell and air contamination. I keep it near my t-shirt heat press and it does help with no doubt with the smells coming off the press while using. It doesnt make a noise unless it is working hard. Even then, to me... the sound isn't annoying.

My initial impression of the product is very positive. However, it has been running for at least 12 hours and its air quality sensor has not changed much. Either the sensor is not that accurate or it is not that effective in improving the air quality in the relatively small bedroom I placed it in. I need to let it run longer before I can fully assess it.

This product has worked great for 4 months , I have cleaned filter regularly and now it’s stuck on and error: “check dust filters” After trying everything I have come to the conclusion it will always say this regardless if filter is clean or not, and no more percentages. Disappointed

What a waste of money! I bought this for a new apartment and it only worked for a week. It is super clean. I have cleaned it multiple times because it won't change the air quailty. It is stuck on 0%. I have vaccumed it, air dusted it, wiped it down with no luck on getting it to function properly. Of course the return windo is past as well. Not sure I will ever buy another Shark product again!

item has stopped working even after I followed all instructions from the Shark company after making a call to them and following their site instructions

These never change air purifiers suck! I buy the new filters and reset it and dust it and it was after a month it turned red on me this is my 4th one! I've done everything to reset the red !!
