Top heavy
I previously owned a Shark Pet vacuum. This model sucks. It is top heavy. You cannot prop it against a wall without folding it in half. I bought a new one because my old one (which I loved) had lost suction. This one doesn't have the suction in my opinion. I am disappointed.
