Shark RV2001 AI Robot Vacuum with Self-Cleaning Brushroll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the shark robot vacuum, very handy gadget. Very easy to set up, first you must install the the whiskers as I call them. They go in front of the robot vacuum. Then you must download an app, connect it to the WiFi. On the app is how you can control the vacuum, you can set up how often you want it to vacuum the floors. It makes a map of your home and shows you the map so you can make sure it's accurate. You can label the rooms if you like. You can set up to where it will vacuum at the same time every day at the same time (on the app) so neat to have one in my home so that I can make sure my home has a clean floor daily.

The installation is super simple; basically you just put on the side brushes, plug in the base and start charging it. You control it completely by a downloaded app. The app is pretty intuitive and guides you through everything. You start by having the Robot explore and map your house. It's pretty brilliant: won't fall off ledges, doesn't bump into stuff hard. It has a laser to paint walls and furniture to avoid. Once the map is created, you can edit the orientation, name / merge the rooms, etc. Then, you just send the AI Robot off to vacuum! You can vacuum the whole map or just a room or two. Here's the only thing I don't like about it. You can only store one map and you need to let the Robot start and finish from the charging base; that way it always knows where it is in the house. Since it won't go over a ledge, that means you can't use a single AI Robot for a multi-level house. If your house has two levels, you need two Robots. That simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel as an American there is just not enough time in the day to complete all the tasks I should be doing.  I have been interested in an autonomous vacuum for a while.  My wife and I both have full time jobs and additional part time jobs.  I replaced all of the carpet in my house a few years ago with laminate flooring.  I have fairly severe issues with allergies and this helped substantially.  While in the market for an autonomous vacuum cleaner this was one large thing to consider.  Setup was really easy to complete with the shark vacuum.  When I unboxed the unit it had a great user manual and a qr code to scan to start the setup process. It took only a few minutes to complete initial app installation and set up the preferences.  I am by no means a tech wizard so I was happy to have a product that was easy to set up.  I did have to take care of some loose ends at the house that the setup makes you aware of.  Mainly my entertainment center did have a few cords that could have been caught by the robot.  Tech tip use bread ties to control wires, they can be easily removed and do not damage the cables like a zip tie can.  After the complete setup of my robot I found a good spot in the front room for the shark.   The unit makes a test run to explore areas of the house to make a map.  I chose to keep my teenage son's room closed for this as I do not want to harm the unit due to teenager untidiness.  The shark mapped out my house in approximately 20 minutes.  I have done some research on these vacuums and it's best if you can stay as far away from the unit as possible.  Shadows and moving objects will hamper the unit's performance.  We have used this ai vacuum for over a week now and I am very impressed with it so far.  We have a less than 6 month old puppy and a less than 2 year old puppy.  That being said the youngest puppy has been nicknamed scallywag due to all of the things she gets into.  The shark has done very well in our home; it is quiet compared to a conventional vacuum.  The usage of the shark is easy to set up, operate, and maintain.  I am very glad we have purchased this investment.  One less mindless task to complete, more family time, and entering a clean house at the end of the day is always great.  

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was screaming when I saw that my shark arriving. The Shark AI robot is amazing. The app makes it super easy to use. Instructions to set it up are super clear. Charge it first download the app and go. The sharks scan your whole house for a better coverage. You can clean your whole home or just certain areas. Mines cleans up and down for a perfect coverage. I can even ask Alexa to start my shark. Better than sweeping and saves a lot of time because it has a powerful suction. I'm so happy with my shark, it picks up everything from my floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I have been eyeing one of these robot vacuums and it's truly a blessing that I received this Shark® AI Robot Vacuum R211 with IQ Navigation™, AI Laser Vision, Self-Cleaning Brushroll & Wi-Fi and I couldn't be more excited and happy to have this guy who's been named Sharkey!! After opening and charging overnight, I let him go map out the Floorplan and that's exactly what he did. I am simply amazed at well he cleaned and how simple it was to get him started!! ☆Sharkey is very smart,☆☆, he even docks himself, aimlessly♡ You can set up the App for your cellphone in no time. Super fast and easy to setup. It came with spare parts and even a warranty!! This was so easy! ☆He did a superb job!!!☆.. We are super impressed with his cleaning service... I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and a bunny...it tends to get hairy and dirty pretty quickly...and Sharkey gets it all up for us now!! What's not to love♡....I was excited to know it's able to even pick up a rabbit dropping..It's easy to care for and maintain. I noticed by the 3rd day that he was quite, so I emptied the dirt canister and he started humming again and went on cleaning. I cooked dinner and Sharkey goes and cleans the floor, does a fantastic job and I would totally recommend everyone gets one of these for Valentines Day ♡♡ I think it's truly the best gift for anyone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark A1 Robot is very impressive floor cleaner. I will say this robot is very simple to use. The item is neatly packaged and the instructions are very clearly labeled. I first scanned the QR code abs downloaded the app; from there the app guided me through the set up process. There is a physical manual but all of that same information is available on the app. The initial charge took approximately 6 hours to fully charge. The app includes a multitude of information; I used it with ease. The cleaning process took about an hour and that included 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a hallway. Our home is “lived in” I have 2 small boys so a good vacuum is a necessity. I was very impressed with how much this robot picked up; emptying the dust pan was also easy. This robot is lightweight and easy to maneuver. This product is easy to use, it works well and it saves me time and energy. I would definitely recommend this product. I will continue to use this brand in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark AI Robot Vacuum RV2011 makes maintaining a clean home so much easier. I really like the fact that this IQ Navigation has AI Laser Vision, which means that it can "see" and avoid objects that might be in the way, such as a shoe or toy. That takes the stress away from always having to be sure that everything is up off of the floor before it starts to clean. It avoids random objects in the way. It was easy to connect to the internet by closely following the enclosed directions. The little side brushes are a snap to install. It must be charged for six hours before first use. This is a good time to download the app and become familiar with it. Next, set the time that the cleaning needs to be scheduled. I set it for early in the morning. I love how it adapts to our home, as it cleans row by row. It does an amazing job, and is essential for busy households with kids and pets. Not only does it save time by cleaning on schedule, but it seems to do a better job than other floor cleaners. I have multi floor surfaces, and it glides over hardwood, tile, and area rugs easily and efficiently. The battery life seems more than adequate, and when it's done cleaning, it self docks to recharge for the next cleaning. I love that I can control it to just clean certain rooms as well. I love how my new "maid" continues to keep my home floors clean, and it never asks for a raise, although it's much deserving of one. I love the Shark AI Robot Vacuum! Now, if only it could load the dishwasher, my life would be perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woowee.... I have a new love. I run my SHARK AL Robot R211 with IQ Navigation at least once a day. My floors are mostly tile. I always hated walking barefoot feeling like I was walking in a garden from sand that gets tracked in plus my dogs hair. Now I love being barefoot because I know my floors are free of sand and hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of this Shark Robot but turns out I'm now actually amazed at it's performance. Shark Robot is quality made and durable. It was easy to install the app. Bob (we had to give it a name in the app) is very smart, and maps your space to be vacuumed at first use. He also moves in back in forth lines to be sure to get it all up out of your carpet. Bob has rotating arms that fluff and collect debris in your carpet. I vacuum daily and shampoo regularly and was amazed at what the Shark vacuum picked up. Easy to dump and .replace where it collects dirt. Bob the Shark vacuum can be set to clean at a specific time everyday and will report back to the port whenever you set him too. You can also press the dock control button to make him/it report back immediately. Overall, I'm really impressed .with the Shark Robot vacuum. If you don't have one, purchase one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When first setting up the robot you download the shark clean app and it walks you through set up which is pretty easy to follow along. My only complaint with the app is it seemed a few of the prompts were meant for other models and not mine( lights and colors on the dock as well as the direction the sweeper needs to be facing on the dock) but was still able to figure it out quite easily. Once the robot is charged can take up to 6 hours it will then map your house with the app for easy to control which rooms you want cleaned. The vacuum has multiple cleaning levels. You can also pick on the app high traffic zones. It runs smoothly and is able to lift itself onto rugs, different types of flooring and will return to dock when it needs charged and then will finish the job requested. I really enjoy using this product. My only complaint is that the filter is so small I have to empty it every couple rooms. The manuel does say this will happen more frequently in the beginning so ill be interested in seeing if it reduces after a few deep cleans. I do have dogs and you can see how well it picks up. It's wonderful!!
