Love this so much ! I bought this on Black Friday . Was not really expecting much ,the same old broken promises! This shocked me and made me smile!! Thank you so much Shark!! No effort at all ! Glides across floors easily and also has a slower mode where anyone can use it!! Buy it!!

Bought this to replace my mother’s push and steam mop from shark, she absolutely loves it. Takes all the elbow grease required to properly mop floors and handles it for you. Sticky, old and dried out messes doesn’t matter this thing does the work for you. Very easy for her to set up and maintain in her old age.

I inherited a very messy German Shepherd from my son who sheds quite a bit and tracks in everything outside to inside. Now, if your house is fairly clean, you might only need to use the steamer, but because I have a messy dog, I still vacuum my floor and mop And then just use a steam cleaner when I’m done it just feels like everything is sanitized like I said it’s icing on the cake if your house is fairly clean, it could probably be the cake.

I love the way this shark steam mop works. It cleans. It sanitizes. So easy to use. The rotating scrubbing is so efficient. The addition of being able to spray sticky spots as you clean is brilliant. The pads get dirty fast and clean in the washer. Recommend using a washing bag for your pads and they dry quickly, so no need to put in dryer. Also recommend purchasing more pads as you will go through them while cleaning. I purchased an additional 12 to have on hand. I also recommend using the high setting for ceramic tile and also purchasing brushes to clean textured tile and grout lines. This is a great investment and so easy to use. I highly recommend.

Leave it to Shark to make another great product. This mop does a great job. It really gets the grout cleaned on my tile floors. I use a wheelchair for mobility and I was worried about being able to maneuver this throughout the house, But my worries were useless because this Shark mop works easily and smoothly, it weighs just a few pounds so it's easy to use. YAY Shark! They've got another great product!

Why I like the concept of having two rotating pads, the steamer is a hit and miss. You pull the trigger, the steam spitz, sputters and eventually steam is on the floor. Steam doesn't last very long before it stops, and you have to wait till steams builds back up. I also was under the impression that steam also comes out from under the pads. At least that's what you see on the box. It just shoots out the front. I bought two extra bristle pads thinking it will clean the grout, unfortunately the bristle pad stays on top and don't touch the grout. It does clean it you get a good amount of steam and time, for the money I would check out others.

I have no idea how this product works. I order it on a Black Friday special and gave it as a gift for Christmas. When we opened the box the cord had been cut off close to the machine This obviously was a returned or factory defect machine. Very disappointed especially since it was a gift

I really wanted to like this item I do like the brand. However, all it does is spin in circles and the steam doesn’t even hit the floor. It literally goes up into the air. It’s not directed towards anywhere on the floor, and the circular scrubbing is not designed to aggressively scrub anything this is a very misleading product. I would not recommend this to anybody. I simply wanted to clean the linoleum in the kitchen and it didn’t even do that. I will be returning no judgment against shark. They have great items, but this is not one of them..

I received somebody else's return. It was not packaged professionally by rather parts thrown in a box. Missing parts. The water cartridge was filled with water residue. The scrubber pads were completely missing. Clearly somebody else's trash reject. Must not have been checked but sent back to me. I set up a return. FedEX botched that. I called customer service and while telling me FedEx would pick it up, the agent erroneously marked it as a store return. FedEx picked it up the next day but it got lost in transet (broken link, cancellation, who knows). I called again and was promised that since they showed proof it was picked up they would send a replacement. That didn't happen. Some agent canceled the replacement citing that the trash return had. not been received. I called again and was told due to system failure I can no longer receive a replacement item, but that a refund was best they could do. By this time I had invested 6 hours at least into calls and circular torture with bots and bot supervisors, no replacement, no compensation of any kind. I was promised a refund but would no longer be able to order the item at the Black Friday discount of $65 savings. I received confirmation of refund 251209-011700281-000. Promised by Prince (agent on 12/8/2025. Today I receive an email saying no refund or compensation of anykind b/c item was not received in the condition expected. IT CAME TO ME IN THAT TRASH CONDITION! THE AUDACITY!!!!! This is unethical and THEFT. I have nothing, have spent HOURS with an incompetent customer service team, and will not receive a product or refund. UNACCEPTABLE and THEFT.

I thought this would be better because it "scrubs". But it left swirl marks on my floor. I had to go over the whole floor all over again. I have use the Shark steamer for years and it worked much better than this one. So I'm going back to the tried and true; the steamer. I'm very disappointed.
