Sharp 1.1-Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave Oven in Black

Perfect size for a counter not taking too much space in a one bedroom apartment. Chose black to match other kitchen equipment. Interior is black looks fancy. Love it.

I had a Sharp Carousel prior to this one for over fifteen years. When it died, I bought an Insignia from Best Buy that lasted a bout two years. It's been three months now and works great, although I do agree with some other reviews, that the gray interior does make it hard to see when it's cooking. Also, I don't really get why it alternates the direction of rotation. Also, my old Carousel made one complete rotation every ten seconds, which meant that when you placed something in front and hit 30 sec. or 1, 2, 3 min.etc. it would stop at the front. This one makes one complete rotation every six seconds. As they say, Adapt, Improvise and Overcome.

I researched microwaves before purchasing this Sharp model. The only thing it doesn't have that I would have liked, is the keep warm function. For the price, it is a really good microwave. The dark interior looks nice, but is kind of hard to see inside when using. Hopefully it will last as long as my last one did (different brand).

I bought this microwave for my Mom. Tried other microwaves in the past 40 years, but none match up to the simplicity and longevity of Sharp. Great performance, not loud. Definitely recommend.

Just the right size for my counterspace. Black sleek beautiful and very functional. Very happy with the product. My second one like this.

Love that the interior is a darker color. Wish I would have paid more attention to how the door opens. My last microwave you just pulled open the door. This one has a push button. All in all it does what it is needed.

Nice looking appliance but very noisy. trying to decide if I should return it or are they all noisy?

Very noisy. super bright clock light. OK for my needs. heats up and cooks and reheats everything well. perfect size for countertop. can't go wrong for 65.00 dollars on sale.

Am looking for a slightly larger mw larger turntable than the other brand i own. The. one shipped to me isn't. must return.

The first microwave I purchased was damaged on the inside straight out of the box. I was sent a replacement and within 2 months time, after only washing with a warm rag with water (no chemicals), the clear plastic coating is already peeling off of the buttons. This microwave is extremely poor quality and cheapens the look of my kitchen. I'm afraid I will not be buying Sharp products again.
