I was using a SHARP calculator that was over 13 years old. I am definitely going with SHARP again. When choosing a replacement, I made sure the buttons where in the same position on the new SHARP. Makes an easier transition to the new calculator.
So far, seems as sturdy as the one I bought 30 years ago, which still works but will no longer print. Doesn't run on batteries (which is a good thing as this is not a toy), easy to set up, quiet in non-printing mode. A professional machine.
Exactly like the old one I'd had for over 10 years. Works wonderful and came before I expected it.
Great product to replace one damaged during power outages. Best price for this I could find online.
Easy to use, easy to see Numbers it's not noisy It's really smooth. I love it.
is okay not like my old one but it's a nice machine
Yup!! The paper jammed the first day. I had the exact calculator previously and it was extremely reliable. So I will be keeping an eye on this one because sometimes the paper seems to advance crooked, thus causing a paper jam.
The calculator looked like it might be great for someone, but it was huge! Could not fit on my desk.
The print is clear and easy to read. The number keys are large with a raised point on the number 5 (not a flattened dot), which is a plus. It is the other keys that are in different positions from what I am used to. I have used Texas Instruments, Monroe, and Canon without issue. I thought all were standard. This one has been a challenge to get used to.
This calculator has died. Delivered on 6/17/2021 at a price of $105.72 dead on 6/22/2022. Only one year of part-time work and it's no longer functional. Completely dark with no power. In my work life I've had calculators last many years, often long after needed and eventually recycled even in workable state. This is very disappointing since I considered Sharp to be a reliable and competent company.
