[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this compression back wrap and it has come in handy for me as well as my loved ones. My husband is on his feet all day at work lifting heavy items. He comes home with a sore back often. I told him to use this and the heat gave him much needed relief almost instantly. After 20 minutes of use he had very little back pain. Now he uses this almost nightly and swears it has made improvements on his back pain. Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to try this one out with my back hurting from delivering my 3 kids and currently pregnant with my 4th! So my back is always in pain, so when I heated this up it definitely helped my back and put my pain at ease!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since receiving this product, we have used it almost daily! The flu hit our home and my husband couldn't stay warm. I popped this wrap in the microwave and gave it to him. It kept him warm!! I've used it for sinus pressure both hot and cold. I love that it can be used for both. 2 minutes in the microwave for hot compress and a couple hours in the freezer for cold compress and this thing is heaven. The lighter side is hotter/colder where the darker side is less. My only complaint is the length. Selfishly, I wish it were longer haha…but it is long enough to wrap around my head and Velcro like a headband, so I'm thankful for that as it helps tremendously when I have a migraine and when my sinus pressure is too much. I am looking into purchasing another so we can have one on standby in the freezer at all times!

It only takes 30 seconds in the microwave to heat it, or 1-3 hours in the freezer to chill it. I like that it's weighted, and that you can use it as a wrap, and secure it with the velcro fasteners

It heats up in the microwave.if you rather have it cold you put it in the freezer.
