This is s great neck pad. It heats nicely in the microwave and the plush cover is so cozy when wrapped around your neck! Love the aromatherapy! Relaxes the upper neck and shoulders, relieving headaches fast.

Feels soft and comfortable, smells good, fits well around my neck and holds the heat for a while, mine stayed warm for almost an hour after I heated in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds

Works well for short term needs.

Weight and smell were good. Around the neck could be higher

I love it but wish it had a choice of weight. Sometimes I need a little more

It's always a good find when you have a product that you can use in more than one way. This wrap can be used for cold or hot therapy. It is a good size which gives great coverage.

Due to longer working hours ive been having neck and shoulder pains. The wrap helps me relieve with the pain plus it smells amazing and relaxing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this wrap smells wonderful. The lavender really helps in calming the senses. Second, the wrap is a nice size that covers my shoulders and neck really well. If you're broad shouldered, no problem with that either. It heats up nicely in the microwave and holds heat well. You can freeze it too but I prefer heat to relax neck and shoulder muscles. It also helps relieve my tension headaches due to tightness in head/neck. I really like this and will use it often.

this item is not lavender in color nor is it as large as the picture shows. Disappointed
