Puchased this for my teenager daughter who gets horrible headaches caused by muscles in her neck and shiulder being too tense. Took her to drs to no avail, went to see a physical therapist as well as massage therapist and were told by both her muscle tension and headaches were likely caused by posture issues when she does her homework in front of computer. They recommended some sort of rice pack, after much research, i decided to buy this sharper image neck wrap due to its natural herbal properties. i am so glad i did! she popped this in microwave in 30 secs intervals , 3 times total and put it on her neck, she said it almost peovided immediate relief for her muscle tension and it smells great! Highly recommend to anyone who suffers from muscle tension!

This works great and gives me pain relief. I thought I would not like the smell, but it is very relaxing. Only complaint is wish it was wider for the shoulders for a woman.

It is a great product. The weight keeps it firmly in place. The heat is easy to control by microwave times. 2 minutes was just hot enough but not uncomfortably hot.

I tend to get a lot of tension and muscle aches and pains in my shoulders and between my shoulder blades. I love that I can choose for it to be hot or cold and cater a little more to my specific type of pain. The weight is just enough to relax my muscles and not cause a bad feeling of pressure. This is a must have for anyone who experiences a lot of muscle and/or tension pain in the neck and shoulder area.

After a hot day in the garden I use it cold, and when I'm achy from gardening I use it hot. So much better than just a neck wrap! Very sturdy construction too. I'm definitely a better person with this neck AND shoulder wrap melting the aches away!
