Sharper Image Mach 10inch Streaming Drone

This drone was great, until it flew away! We have a theory that it returned to Walmart to be repackaged and sold again. We searched the neighboring fields for miles, perhaps it is circling Texas as I type?

hello i got this drone 06/05/2018, i tried it out the same day, worked great. on 06/06/2018 i brought it up about 15 or 20 feet off of the ground, and stopped it. the drone continued to elevate as if someone was controling it, i have no knoledge of where it went, or why it decided to fly on its own.

First one only 3 of the 4 blades would spin right out of the box. Returned it for another it flew about 4 times then had the same problem. will not fly with 3 blades spinning. just dance around the floor. Will be returning.

Should have read the reviews before buying it. Got it for my kid for Christmas Gift. Open out of the box and charged fully and took it for a spin and it lifted off and just veered off course and flyway. None of the remote controls worked. It flown away and disappeared out of sight in a couple of minutes. Never found. And a very unhappy kid on a Christmas day :(

Drone flew off the first time it was used!!!! Do not buy because you will waste your money like I did!!! What an amazing Christmas gift to just fly away!!!!!

This flew away the second it came out of the box. I have flown these before and I know how they work. My camera froze and the drone instantly went up in the air. What a waste of money! I better receive a refund from the company. Faulty product.

This company should be ashamed not to have pulled these from the shelf. Knowing that they fly away and the control does not stop it. After 10 minutes of play it took off and there was no stopping it. We ran after it and it just kept on going. None of the controls worked. This is not an item sold as described and the company should refund everyone their money and take these off the shelf. I will no longer purchase a Sharper Image product. This is wrong to have let this go without fixing the issue. I will be taking this further with the amount of others who had the same issue and our video that proves their item was defective.

I wouldn't give it any stars if possible and I really wish I had seen the reviews prior. $68.00 later and my son is crying in the street. We follow everything to a T.... Go out today to fly... started up and I inched it off the ground. Hovered for a second before it took off into the Clouds.... flew a few blocks away so we ran after it. My son went to pick it up and the thing turned on again. After almost taking his fingers off he dropped it and it took off again. Not a single button was touched. I did get a nice snapshot of my 8 year old crying in the street from above. Called customer service for Sharper Image and they told me they could sell me a replacement for only $49.00.... and that they suggest watching the how to videos before flying..... Merry Christmas.

Kicking myself for not reading the reviews. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! The very first time we flew it Christmas morning it literally flew off and seemed to go faster when we pressed the auto land button. We tried to follow its path and it seemed to vanish. We had our neighbors searching their yards. Nothing. Walmart won’t assist you. Sharper Image won’t help. Walmart is ridiculous for allowing this product to still be in stores. Sharper Image should be ashamed for still producing this item

I was gitty with excitement when I opened my drone Christmas morning. I waited patiently for hours as I charged my batteries and drone. Finally the big moment had arrived. I went out to the porch and paired the drone to the controller. Slowly it lifted into the air, back and forth it swayed. I slowly gave elevation and it rose into the air. I pressed the down button to bring the drone down. Instead the drone went higher and higher, faster and faster. Panicked, I hit the land button to no avail, higher and higher it went. I turned the controller off as the drone disappeared out of site. Disappointed, I turned to my wife with my head down ready for her to console me. She burst out laughing and closed the door.
