I like that I can use it either hot or cold to relieve my sore neck and shoulders. The size is perfect to wrap around my neck, shoulders and I even lay it on my knees. I followed the instructions and used the heat method for my neck and shoulders. I instantly felt the heat working to relieve my soreness and I felt great after using it. Overall the Studio Mercantile Head and Shoulder Wrap is perfect to relieve mild aches and soreness. Also, I love the aromatherapy scent,so relaxing .

I quickly unwrapped and felt the softness and heaviness of it. Loved the feel. The aroma smell is lovely especially after sticking in microwave for about 1 minute. The heat lasted in the wrap and relieved some of the migraine tension. I absolutely loved this neck and shoulder wrap and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My husband's shoulders hurt him Alot since he loads trucks, and this helps him relax at night. The cool effect helps with his swelling and when it's Irritated. The heat helps his pain and makes it more tolerable. He absolutely loves it, and mentioned it's extremely soft against the skin also. It's also the right size to store into his chair until he's ready for me to freeze it before he gets home or to heat it up for him.

It's super easy to warm up or cool down depending on what your needing. It has a nice weight and it's simple to move the beads around to distribute the weight.

They can be debilitating. This heat wrap really helps and brings immediate relief. Pop it in the microwave for a minute or two and you're done. I pop it into the microwave for a minute to a minute and thirty and it's the perfect temp to put on my neck. The heat and weight really relax my neck and shoulders. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sharper Image Aromatherapy wrap is downright awesome. First it has a great scent to it, and it is amplified when you heat it up. It is a nice large wrap that goes over your shoulders and even has the pieces for your neck. I had a similar wrap before that was just a long piece so it only covered my shoulders, this one is way better. Once you heat it up it stays warm for a very long time and the scent is very soothing. Anytime you have any kind of neck, shoulder or upper back pain you can use this for relief. Love this and you will too!
