Sharpie Oil-Based Paint Marker, Medium Point, White, 1 Count

I use this oil based Sharpie to label my spice jars. The ink goes on smoothly and doesn't bleed, even on slick surfaces. I do need to reapply on heavily used jars, but it holds up well overall. Mistakes wipe off easily with alcohol, which makes relabeling simple. The medium tip is the perfect size for bold, clear writing. Great for clean, durable, readable labeling.

I did not think this was going to work. An AI suggested this product for some unsightly metal scraping on a tool. I figured I needed something as thick as nail polish, but this felt-tipped Sharpie pen worked perfectly. The paint was extremely easy to apply, and the finish was sheer perfection. I can't wait to find new items with defects to paint!

It works. I had to use it on a black backpack for one of my kiddos so it won't get stolen. Because who would want a students name all over from the backpack, but it is good. It took a while to figure out how it was worked though.

This is a permanent way to mark items. I mark the back of applainace with date of purchase and 800 numbers in case of repairs. The white is great for marking dark colored objects. I have even used this as a touch up for my dishwasher door that had a few dings. Shake before each use and your good to go.

to all who purchase it, Start on a scrap piece with slow and steady pressure. I was trying to paint my address number on a rock, and the first thing I got was splattered with paint. took over 3 days to take it off. will try again, after I re-spray the rock the background color

It took a while to get the bead to start moving to mix the paint up. Then after shaking the pen up real good, all I got was real light milky liquid. That's all, it never thickened up.

The extra fine tip clogs up easily, and then floods out of the sides, above the tip, and too much paint comes out, and you have to spread it around before it starts to dry. Maybe it was just the one I bought, but I'll never even try again. Stick with medium point, you can easily get the fine line with pressure variance. And I have plenty of experience with medium, so I am certain I am not using it incorrectly.

I bought two pens, followed instructions explicitly and could never get them to work properly. Finally, with some patience and coaxing, I managed to extract a runny drop on scrap paper and used the tip to apply it to my drawing. Next time I'll just buy artists' paint and a small brush.

I wasn't able to get it through my pick up order, due to it being out of stock. I needed it tonight and it won't let me refund it and I don't want it shipped

The Sharpie was delivered wrapped in tape. It had already been used/opened. The contents leaked all over my hand when I managed to unwrap the tape. When I tried to use it, it was “empty” and useless. Thanks, Walmart - great job. 👎
