Decent, thin, poly-cotton fabric for the price
decent precut yardage of polycotton blend fabric for the price. It is very thin, and the colors did bleed in blotchy random spotted spots throughout the fabric when I gentle cycle prewashed it. but I'm using it for Halloween costumes so it doesnt matter that much for my needs. Maybe handwashing for the first wash might be better depending on your needs.

Very poor quality
I purchased two of these. The grain of the fabric is not straight. It is woven tighter in the middle of the piece than at the selvage, which makes the fabric curve. It is unusable. I've been sewing for 45 years, and have never before seen this problem.
