Shaw Endura Plus Multipurpose Floor Transition - Pack of 4

I've had this carpet for a little over a year. It hasn't been through any major spills yet but a couple of minor ones cleaned up very easily and left no stain. I've had lots of comments about its appearance and especially how soft it is, like, "this is the softest carpet I've ever felt!". (I did not care for the flooring company I purchased it from. As far as I know, they are the only source for Stainmaster in this county. The sales person was lacking and the customer service person was misinformed regarding the warranty telling me it was voided because the carpet cleaning service they recommended upsold me a stain resistant product that was applied after the first cleaning. I feel they should have made it clear it was not required.)

I bought this carpeting for a new home, and carpeted 2 rooms. It looks as good as first day installed (almost 2 years ago). I had a little spill of coffee once, followed manufacturer's directions, and it disappeared! Worth the investment.

The carpet was installed two days ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. Great color, texture, and softness.

We had this installed just over a month ago and really enjoy the feel, the color and the look. What we don't like are the indents that can be hard to remove after having placed something on the carpet and the fact that there are still remnants of the carpet coming out.

After 18 months the pattern is barely noticeable for a "short" pile, even after regularly vacuuming 3-4 times weekly. The fibers are not extremely repellent to spills whereby liquids bead up on the surface preventing seeping into the pad, however spots do come out with proper cleaning methods.

Love the carpeting. Hate the smell.Thing is, the new carpet odor has become worse. Installed in April. Still dealing with moldy smell and it's September. It is not our home. This started after installation. As far as durability, ease of maintenance, etc. I am rating as average as I haven't had it long enough to know (5 months). Exception is softness which is absolutely top notch.

Purchased on 4/24 and installed on 5/19. Cat vomit on day 6 and then on day 8. We purchased TruSoft in a light color - Stainmaster's cleaning instructions (soap / water mix, cold water rinse and subsequent vinegar / water mix until stain no longer existed or cannot lift the stain into white rag) did not remove the stains. Had to have a professional cleaner come in with powerful enzymatic cleaner to remove / lift stains. Disappointed - we purchased a good nylon carpet that you can't lift the stains out without professional assistance and following Stainmaster's at home cleaning instructions. $3,000 and now we are so / so with our purchase. Would maybe consider this brand in the future - in addition, verify which warranty you have with Stainmaster - their warranties vary depending on which line of carpet you purchase. Our purchased warrantied everything except Pet Vomit and Feces...we didn't know that before installation. We have a four month old puppy, adult dog, cat, and a toddler. Good news is - human vomit hasn't been excluded from their limited warranty :-)

Our retailer says we have to spend our own money on professional cleaning before stain master will honor your guarantee on stains we have had two months after installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has no resistance to liquid or animal feces. Everything soaks deep into the fibers making it difficult and impossible to get it truly clean. It takes weeks to dry leaving it mildewy and smelly. It is beautiful to look at and feels great on the feet. I had to buy a cheap vacuum because my dyson is so difficult to push due to the suction to the deep fibers but, not a deal breaker. Our roomba is able to work but, does not to pick up as well as it should. I recently noticed several pieces of yarn laying around but, has not yet been significant.
