This lotion is amazing, you're not going to find much better.. it's very thick but extremely effective on hands and feet.

Love this lotion. I have extremely dry skin. I also have many allergies and very sensitive skin. This lotion did not cause any uncomfortable or allergic reactions. It rubbed in well and did not feel greasy or as if it were heavy and clogging my pores. I noticed improvement after the first application. I like the scent. Overall, for me this lotion deserves a 10. My daughter told me about this product. She loves it too. So I reccommend it highly. It is thick and goes a long way. Great body lotion for the price. Well worth it.

This lotion is fantastic! I love the smell and it really moisturizes. I believe i paid almost $10 for the bottle in store. I love how clean the formula is. No parabems, phthalates, mineral oil, sulfates or animal testing. BUT the manufacterer really missed the mark with the container it is sold in. The lotion has a thick, whipped quality about it and it goes in smoothe, but it is impossible to squeeze out of the bottle. Absolutley impossible. I tried adding a pump from another lotion bottle i had amd it was still too thick to pump. I ended up cutting the bottle open and scraping out the lotion and transferring it to a tub with a lid. Love the lotion but that was a lot of work. For $10 a bottle it should be packaged correctly. Im only giving it 3 stars because of how much time i wasted trying to wrestle the lotion out of the bottle! Wont buy this again unless they change the bottle and make the lotion easier to get out!

So I decided to try the Shea Moisture Body Lotion because I LOVE the one for faces (seriously, it's amazing and doesn't make me break out- and as a thirty year old woman, that's a big deal!), but this one leaves much to be desired. First of all, it's too thick. As many others have said, it's incredibly hard to squeeze out of a bottle. So much so that the bottle immediately puckers up into itself and makes it near impossible to squeeze out an appropriate amount of lotion. The next issue is that it starts to clump together as you rub it into your skin. It looks like little lint rolls all over my arms and hands. However, after brushing as much of that off as I can, it does leave my skin soft, smooth, and lightly fragranced. I'd recommend this lotion- but only if Shea Moisture would instead package it in a jar, with a small scoop perhaps..? Overall, it's just ok.

I just bought a bottle after years of using this product. it is not the same lotion. It does not smell the same, the texture is completely changed, and the ingredient list is totally different from what is written on this website. I don't know when the changes made, but I will be returning the product tomorrow and I will no longer purchase from this company.

I have been using this lotion for years. I ordered a new bottle and I find out that the ingredients have changed! The new ingredients are harmful and not clean. Shea moisture has always been trusted in my home but very sad to say that we will no longer be using this. Please shea moisture, change it back to the old formula!

I have loved this lotion and it has been my “go to” for quite some time. I loved the scent and effectiveness, but most especially, it had an excellent rating on an app that tells me if my skin care products are free from harmful additives. I was so sad to see the new formula and that it now gets a poor rating from my app. It's so hard to find “cleaner” lotions so I was quite disappointed that I now have to be on the hunt for something new. Please bring back the old formula!!!

Shame on this company for changing a perfect lotion recipe. I have the YUKA app and recently went to the store to refill on the 100% coconut oil Daily Hydration Body Lotion. The rating on the app dropped significantly due to this company deciding to include phenoxyenthanol (a potentional endocrine disrupter and irritant) into its ingredients. It was fine beforehand. No need for this change. I will not use this brand again. Very disappointing decision.

Too thick so doesn't come out at all. Doesn't moisture, which is odd, but its so bad I got a rash from dryness, which has never happened before except when i tried this before. I gave it another shot but never again, even though I lovee their hair products.
