Shea moisture always delivers on their products! They recovery treatment makes your hair feel so soft and luxurious. My ends are bad from bleaching and and dying and this helps so much. Of course it doesn't fix everything, but it smooths it all out and helps it hold in moisture. I definitely think it does repair, just not back to virgin hair. I like that it's thick and doesn't run all over the place as your cooking:) Lolol it stays and does its job where you put it. Just saturate hair, wrap up, and go about your house chores all while bringing life back to your hair!
