I was gifted a bottle of this when my first child was a baby (She's 12 now) and we loved it so much I have continued to buy this for all my babies (we have 5 kids) and I still use it for my 2.5 year old. It smells absolutely heavenly and the scent stays on their sweet baby skin for hours after. It's tear free, lathers well, gets them nice and clean and feels super soft on the skin. I pair it with the Shea Moisture baby lotion and it's truly heavenly. I loved it so much I buy it for everyone I know having babies! Gentle enough to use on newborns, and good enough to use even on adults (I use it sometimes on myself!) You will never regret buying this!

I love using this product on my little ones. Leaves my children's skin freshened up and soft. Gentle on the skin and not filled with a bunch of nasty chemicals. Better than Johnson and Johnson baby products that have more chemicals babies don't need.

This product is Awesome and has a Wonderful Smell. It rinses clean as well. Definetly will keep using it. The softness, and calmness of the liquid are so soothing. You have to try it dare I say it when it is often low in stock. I might get the 3 pack next time.

My kids all have sensitive skin and one child has Eczema. We have tried so many soaps and lotion and when we found this company it was life changing. It smells amazing and doesn't hurt my kids skin. I use the adult products too. It's great for all skin and hair types. Our family always says how good the kids smell. I highly recommend this and the lotion.

I bought this bc my daughter has eczema and her skin is sensitive, so I was looking for something that had a little scent, but gentle on my daughters skin..she has a mild case of eczema, but I always want to make sure nothing irritates my daughters skin. I always have to read reviews before making any purchases.

My little girl has long beautiful thick black wavy hair and she's not a happy camper once hairdo time comes, especially when it's all just a tangled mess... That mess is much easier to tame and a more pleasant experience for her when it's nice and clean, hydrated, and smooth... so it matters what kind of shampoo you use! This is the only shampoo that I've ever used that once.I rinsed it out of either myself or my baby's hair.It did not leave our hair super stiff and stripped... where using conditioner is non negotiable. Not this one!

This baby wash is a magic potion! It was\is\always will be what we use for her sensitive \ eczema skin issues. Since 1 month old we have used this on my daughter (now 2) because it works! Anytime we tried something alleging beytter she would get sores and bleed all overuse this on first wash all redness would go away! Please try this is your child or yourself have skin issues.

Have used Shea Moisture as a face wash for 8 years. The quality has definitely changed for the worse over the past few years, less moisture, less fragrant, with the latest change being it is very watery and diluted. Will no longer be using this product.

I ordered and paid for this item. I picked up my order, and this item was not present. When I called, I was told that the only option was to refund the money. I ordered 3 refrigerated items, a 12 pack soda, and 5 baby items. None of my baby items were with my order.

Not the same product I used on other babies! Cloudy, low scent, thin and greasy. I tried to search online for expiration date related to lot number since it has no date and discovered the product was bought out and changed. The inferior quality is not due to expiration but change in product ingredients.
