Works great on 4c hair.
I love all the products from this line. It gets the job done. My goal is to maintain a good ph balance for my hair. So I fluctuate with this line, the protein and a moisture shampoo line week to week. Hopes this helps. We all know there's no one size fits all.

Worth it's weight in GOLD
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this hair mask/system after applying the accompanying Shampoo and conditioner. I considered my hair clean and conditioned, but knew that the damaged hair, when dry, would be difficult to maintain and style. I applied the mask to my hair under a cap and waited five minutes. THe mask rinsed out VERY easily and left my hair feeling as though every strand had a protective coating, though weightless. I used this shampoo/conditioner mask as the first wash after removing a set of braids and was so please with how easy it was to clean and condition my hair with minimal shedding. I combed thru my hair with a fine toothed comb while rinsing and the product left no residue. SO excited to feel like I do not have to cut more or as much hair as I grew out! THis made my hair feel very secure.

Great hydrating hair mask
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What's not to love...my hair is soft, smooth and unbelievably shiny. This worked wonders on my dry damaged hair. I left this on for about 3 minutes and have noticed that it strengthens my hair and I have less breakage.

Disappointed
I have 3c low porisity hair and I tried this hair mask and didn't like it at all. I didn't see a difference in my hair, and the scent is very overwhelming, even for someone like myself, who loves fragrances in my products. It has a very strong peppermint scent. I ended up returning this hair mask, and won't be purchasing it again.

Absolute junk
It's as bad as the conditioner that I purchased in the same transaction. Steer clear! It would probably be good if you used the entire container. Absolute junk!!!!
