I see a lot of complaints on here about how the product is hard sometimes which frustrates me because thats how cocoa butter naturally behaves! I see they were all written in the winter when it is cold, so of course its hard! It hardens in the cold and softens in the heat, so if you put it next to a warm place like a heater, it will soften right up. And my experience is it will soften on your hand if you keep rubbing it. But this is the great thing about this product - no artificial ingredients that make it behave unnaturally!! If you want cocoa moisturizer thats soft all the time, then go buy one of the cheap crumby products full of artificial junk thats terrible for your skin that stays soft all the time!! Great product

The smell is wonderful. I love how it moisturizes. And I take my fingers and rub the top of the product then rub onto my skin. This in turn melts it. So I am use to this tpe of Butter Blend and I love it. It is thicker, but smooths out. It does the job wonderfully. I did not give it a 5 start, because once I start getting to the bottom of the jar it will be harder to get out. Maybe an applicator would solve the issue that people are having with the product.

The top was broken and the smell of florals was added to it which I love floral smells but the consistency isn't the same at all this item used to be a smooth texture not clumpy rock texture it is now
