Can force the food out better since it's too small smaller containers
Our old rescued boy, Bazinga, has health problems and is quite picky about how much and what he'll eat ... this packaging is perfect for him! He loves the flavor, He'll eat it all up and the rest stays fresh for later ... BTW the dog is not pleased with you ... no left overs... no tasty snacks to clean up ("Curse you Sheba" - Buddy...the dog)
I have a senior girl cat who likes to eat smaller portions throughout the day, and who will only eat the food when the can is first opened; she'll refuse leftovers, so even with Fancy Feast I was throwing a lot of expensive cat food away every day. Thank you, Sheba, for the free coupons in the paper for Perfect Portions, as I wouldn't have tried it otherwise! But its name is true--it's the perfect small portion for my finicky female! No waste whatsoever, as she usually eats all of it enthusiastically. I like that it's protein-rich, too, as I worry about feeding carnivores so much grain in the other cat foods. Here she is, Lady Jane Gray, the Queen!
my cat loves it and eats all of it
I opened both sides of the packet one for each cat. They did not even give me a chance to put the food inside their bowl. They went crazy over this flavor
I received a sample in the mail through PinchMe and gave it to my kitties as a treat! They went wild...and they are normally very finicky eaters. Plus the container was no mess...unlike nasty cans!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The name describes my experience. I received a Perfect Portions Seafood entree in my most recent Pinch Me sample box. I have 2 cats, and they loved each having their own portion! Some cat food portions are too big for my cats and I don't like the seafood leftovers in my fridge for their next meal. Our family has enough leftovers to keep track of! The cats ate the seafood entree and didn't meow the rest of the evening for food. Trying to portion out other entrées is difficult. We primarily give our cats dry food and the wet food is a treat. Great option for us!
My cat loves it! The size is good! The problem is... I have to use a steak knife to get the foil cover because its impossible to peel it off. I'm afraid I'm going to cut myself doing it that way.
Absolutely terrible packaging! This cat food is shipped in soft bubble wrap that does not protect the contents inside. This is my second order that had containers with punctured aluminum seals or the individual packages cracked allowing food and juice to run inside the package over other items.
My cats like Sheba and have eaten it for years. But I'm switching to other brands now because Sheba's packages are so difficult to open. The foil tops are stuck on so tight, there's no lifting them! I've got arthritis in my hands and more days than not, I have to use scissors to cut your packages open. What a mess that is! And I'm not alone. My housekeeper, who has arthritis, and my sister, who does not, both have both complained about difficult, messy packaging recently. We far prefer Fancy Feast's pop-top cans. Too bad. I've had a lot of cats over the years and will have many more before I die. But they won't be eating Sheba unless you fix the packaging.
