I purchased two fixed transom windows and I'm very happy with the product, the customer service and the shipping. I must admit, I had my concerns about the windows arriving undamaged. Nope. No damage and it was quick, fast and in a hurry.

Window came well packaged and all specs on website were correct. Fit perfectly in my rough opening

Ordered two windows from this company. Service was just as stated. Windows came in one day early. I opened box and checked packed well. Will install them later this summer when shed is all complete. I would order from them again.

This was a really good value for this window. I sincerely didn't think I'd be able to find it, but of course this site began because things like this are hard to find for sheds. I appreciated the shipping prices and constant communication. The only reason for 4 star is that the window didn't come with hardware and I had to go find screws that were suitable.

I bought two of these windows and knew I was to use screws to mount them. What I didn't expect was having to use so many screws for the installation. I'm not sure why there are so many holes for screws. They seemed like overkill. The windows were good otherwise.

Decent window for the price. The window frame was square, but the glazed-in light dividers were not. Off by almost 1/4 inch in some places, which is a lot since they are only 10 inches tall. Didn't notice until after installation. When looking at the window, all of them are tilted in the same direction. It's on the back of my shed, so I can live with it, but if it wad in the front, I would have returned it for a replacement.
