This product took several months to be back in stock in 2022. I was replacing a home depot tough shed PLASTIC window. I needed something this size. I had to alter the siding on the window hole and cut notches in a cross member beam that was directly center behind where this window was installed. I'd include photos but this website doesn't allow them. Would buy again!

Nice small window for shed

Although I am very pleased with the shipment of the window and the timeline for delivery. My only criticism would be to the production line that built it. It looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. The caulk job was not the best. It's going into a chicken coop so it doesn't matter that much , but I wanted it to be known .

my order for 2 basic white 12"x12" shed windows arrived very quickly, earlier than expected, so I was able to install them only 3 days after placing the order! They flush mounted easily and securely and I can now see inside better than before. Happy!

I searched online extensively for affordable basic windows for my homemade garden shed. These seemed like the best bet. I was concerned that the low price meant poor construction, but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived intact, on time and seemed sturdy. I had pre-made the 2x4 frames for them based on the stated 12-1/4" rough opening, and that was perfect. I just popped them in, screwed in a few places and they were ready to mount to the studs. Time will tell how they hold up to the weather in very wet and sometimes windy western Oregon. That uncertainty is the only reason I rated them 4 instead of 5.
